Following a general trend across I and E facilities, we see these building types are becoming increasingly specialized. For ex: Classrooms for pre-schoolers are fundamentally different from high schoolers and that of college/pre university students. Today’s concepts of the classrooms as an instructor focussed learning space is changing. The growth of computer based instruction, video projection and other tele-communication requirements is causing us to re-think traditional educational patterns and spatial relationships. The facilities for university level education must have flexible and technologically advanced learning environments that are safe, healthy, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and accessible. We are focussed to design and engineer our client’s facilities with a goal to increasing the satisfaction, health, well being and productivity of occupants, technological adaptability while improving cost, energy and environmental effectiveness.
